교감의 지도성에 관한 국내 연구동향과 과제

국문 초록

본 연구는 우리나라에서 교감의 지도성에 관한 연구동향을 파악하기 위하여 최근 20년간(1998년부터 2017년까지) 국내에서 발표된 주요 학술논문을 대상으로 교감의 지도성 유형, 연구주제 및 연구방법 등을 분석함으로써 향후 교감의 지도성 연구가 활발하게 진행될 수 있도록 계기를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학술지 게재 논문, 박사학위논문을 살펴보았고 중복된 자료를 제외시킨 후 총 11편의 논문을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 분석결과 교감의 지도성은 대행형 지도성 유형, 보좌형 지도성 유형, 상호보완형 지도성 유형의 세 가지 형태로 분류할 수 있으며, 교사를 매개변인으로 설정하여 조직 효과성을 측정하는 양적연구가 대부분이었다. 추후 교감의 지도성에 대한 개념 정립과 연구 분야를 확대하고, 교감의 지도성 함양을 위한 역량개발 연수지원과 연구내용의 신뢰도와 타당도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 연구 방법의 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

In order to investigate the research trends on the leadership of the vice-principal in Korea, this study is designed to identify the type of leadership, research subjects, and methods of major academic papers published in Korea over the past 20 years(1998-2017) for the future research of the leadership of the vice-principal. To do this, we reviewed the academic papers and the doctoral dissertations, and after excluding the duplicated data, a total of 11 papers were selected for analysis. As a result of the analysis, the leadership of the vice-principal can be classified into three types, and most of the quantitative researches measuring the organizational effectiveness by setting teachers as mediators. In the future, it is necessary to develop the concept of leadership of the vice-principal and to expand the field of research, to develop competency development training to foster the leadership of vice-principal and to apply various research methods to increase the reliability and validity of the research contents.
