국문 초록

최근 항공산업에서 스마트공항을 구현하기 위해 공항과 항공사 등 모든 항공 산업체에서 발 빠르게 움직이고 있다. 인천국제공항 에서는 2018년 1월 18일부터 운영을 개시한 제2여객터미널(T2)에 원형검색기가 전면 도입되어 운영 중이다. 본 연구는 보안검색 효율성 증대를 위해 보안검색요원의 원형검색기 수용의도를 확장된 기술수용모형(TAM)을 적용하여 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 유용성, 용이성이 보안검색요원의 원형검색기 수용의도에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 아울러 항공보안 리터러시와 직무몰입은 보안검색요원의 원형검색기 수용의도에 중요한 동기요인들로 작용했다.

영문 초록

Due to trends of the fourth industrial revolution, airport and airline industries have rapidly changed and implemented smart airport systems. Incheon International airport introduced the full body scanner at a new passenger terminal (T2) on Jan 18, 2018. Applying the technology acceptance model (TAM), this study attempted to analyze the acceptance of these security screeners, a full body scanner to improve the efficiency of aviation security in airports. Using empirical research, we demonstrated that the perceived usefulness and ease of use have a significant positive effect on the intention to use a full body scanner, as the researchers expected. Aviation security literacy and work absorption also proved to be significant motivating factors.
