간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하는 무례함, 임상실습 만족도, 소진이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하는 무례함과 소진, 임상실습 만족도가 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구이며, 연구의 대상자는 G, D, C시 소재 간호학과에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 학생 202명이다. 자료는 2017년 9월부터 10월까지 자가 보고식 설문조사를 통해 수집되었고 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 네 변수 간 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하는 무례함이 높을수록, 소진이 많이 될수록, 임상실습 만족도가 낮을수록 임상실습 스트레스가 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 간호대학생의 임상실스 스트레스를 설명하는 주요 변수는 무례함, 임상실습만족도, 소진으로 이들 변수들이 임상실습 스트레스를 38.4% 설명하였으며, 가장 영향력이 큰 변수는 무례함으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 임상실습기관에서는 간호사의 교육을 통해 실습교육에 대한 명확한 역할을 제시하여야 하며, 대학에서는 임상실습기관과 긴밀한 협력을 통해 실습환경의 개선 및 실습 시 문제점을 해결하도록 해야 할 것이다. 아울러 실습현장에서의 무례함 경험에 대한 적극적 중재가 필요하며, 임상실습 만족도 향상을 위한 전략 및 소진을 감소시키기 위한 체계적인 전략이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of experienced nursing student s incivility, burnout, and clinical practice satisfaction on stress of clinical practice . This study is a descriptive research study. The subjects of this study were 202 students in 3rd and 4th grades attending G, D, and C nursing departments. The data were collected through self - report questionnaires from September to October, 2017 and analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study showed that the correlation between the four variables was statistically significant. The higher the nursing students experienced incivility in the clinical practice, the more burnout, the lower the clinical practice satisfaction, the higher the stress of clinical practice there was. The main variables explaining the stress of clinical practice of nursing students were incivility, clinical practice satisfaction, burnout, and these variables explained stress of clinical practice by 38.4% and the most significant variables were incivility. In order to reduce the stress of clinical practice in nursing college students, the clinical training institute should provide a clear role for the practical training through nursing education. The university should work closely with the clinical training institute to solve problems in the improvement and practice of the practice environment. In addition, aggressive intervention is needed for rude experiences in the field, and strategies for improving the satisfaction of clinical practice and systematic strategies for reducing burnout are needed.
