국문 초록

건축물의 공업화 관련 연구는 이를 활용하는 응용기술의 부재로 점점 감소하는 추세이다. 그러나 최근 BIM 기술의 도입은 건축 산업의 공업화 기술의 부재를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 고려되고 있다. 왜냐하면 B IM 은 표준화된 정보운용 방식을 기반으로 건축 디자인 및 건설에서 통합화된 실무환경의 구축을 궁극적인 목표로 하기 때문이다. 이는 과거 공업화 건축이 추구했던 것과 그 방향을 같이하고 있다. 따라서 기존의 공업화 기술에 B IM 을 접목하면그 동안 관련기술의 부재로 실현이 어려웠던 건설 산업의 공업화를 촉진할 수 있을 것으로 고려된다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 노력의 일환으로 모듈러 시스템에 기반을 둔 BIM 의 활용 방법에 대하여 논하고 있다.

영문 초록

The research related with industrialization of design and construction recently has been decreasing because of the lack of statute and its applications. Especially, the lack of technologies related with it was one of the most significant problem to realize it. BIM(Building Information Modeling) should be considered to solve the problem of the lack of technologies because is aims to the integrated practice with the standardized interoperability in the practice of design and construction. In this manner, this study discuss the possibilities or industrialization of design and construction with the development of the technologies for the modular system based on BIM.
