대학생의 역기능적 진로신념과 진로관여행동의 관계에서 우연대처기술의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 역기능적 진로신념과 진로관여행동과의 관계에서 우연대처기 술의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산, 경남에 소재한 4년제 대학교에서 교양과목을 수강하는 대학생 총 203명(남 93명, 여 110명)을 대상으로 자료 수집을 하였고, 상관분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 검증하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역기능적 진로신념, 우연대처기술, 진로관여행동은 각각 유의한 상관이 있었고, 역기능적 진로신념은 우연대처기술과 진로관여행동에 부적상관을, 우연 대처기술과 진로관여행동은 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 우연대처기술은 역기능적 진로신념과 진로관여행동을 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 진로 관여행동을 촉진하기 위해 역기능적 진로신념에 대한 개입뿐만 아니라 우연대처기 술을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안 및 프로그램 개발이 적극적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate mediating effects of happenstance coping skills between dysfunctional career beliefs and occupational engagement of university students. The subjects were 203 students. For analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis were utilized. The results showed as follows: First, dysfunctional career beliefs and occupational engagement showed a significant negative correlations. And dysfunctional career beliefs had a significant negative correlations with happenstance coping skills. And happenstance coping skills had a significant positive correlations with occupational engagement. Second, happenstance coping skills mediated partly the relations between dysfunctional career beliefs and occupational engagement. These results imply that it could be a effective strategy to develop education and program for enhancing happenstance coping skills to promote occupational engagement of university students as well as considering dysfunctional career beliefs
