임상실습 전 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술기 교육 효과 비교

국문 초록

이 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 문제해결능력 및 임상실습 만족도를 향상시키기 위해 임상실습 전 핵심기본간호술기 교육을 제공하고 효과를 규명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2015년 12월 1일부터 2016년 2월 28일까지였으며, 충청남도 소재 S대학 간호학과 재학생 104명을 최종 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Statistics 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계를 통해 분석하였다. 결과로는 핵심기본간호술기 교육 후 임상실습 전 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 문제해결능력이 유의하게 높았으며(p<.001), 임상수행능력의 유의한 차이를 보인 하부영역은 간호과정, 간호기술, 교육/협력관계영역이었고, 문제해결능력은 충동/부주의적 스타일과 회피적 스타일 영역에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 또한 임상수행능력과 문제해결능력이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다(p<.001). 따라서 임상실습 전 핵심기본간호술기 교육이 간호대학생의 임상간호 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육방법의 대안으로 제시될 수 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of efficient methods of nursing practice education by evaluating effects of core fundamental nursing skills education on clinical competence, problem solving and practice satisfaction of nursing students in preclinical practice. Methods: Data were collected from December 2015 and February 2016 from 104 nursing students who S university in Chungcheongnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using paired t-test, ANOVA, and pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The score for clinical competence and that for problem solving increased significantly after preclinical practice nursing skills education(p<.001). In the subscales of clinical competence, the domain of nursing process, Nursing skill, Teaching/coordinating was score the significant increased and In the subscales of problem solving, the domain of Impulse/Carelessness style, Avoidance style was score the significant increased. There was a positive correlation between clinical competence and problem solving(p<.001). Conclusion: The results indicate that the core fundamental nursing skills education is effective in improving clinical competence and problem solving of nursing students in preclinical practice. Therefore, the nursing skills education can be suggested as an alternative to the education method that can improve the clinical nursing competence of nursing students.
