다문화 가정의 부부 대화시간, 가구 월평균 소득이 어머니의 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 부부갈등의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 만 5세 이하 자녀를 둔 다문화 가정의 부부 대화시간, 가구 월평균 소득이 부부갈등을 매개로 결혼이주여성의 결혼만족도를 예측하는 구조모형을 설정하고, 구조모형에서 결혼이주여성의 한국어 능력 수준에 따른 경로계수 크기 차이를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여성가족부의 통계자료인 2015년 전국다문화가족실태조사의 5,596가구 자료를 활용하였다. SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 20.0을 활용한 구조모형 분석과 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 부부 대화시간은 결혼이주여성의 결혼만족도에 통계적으로 유의하게 정적인 영향을 미치는 직접효과, 부부갈등을 매개로 정적 영향을 미치는 간접효과가 확인되었다. 둘째, 가구 월평균 소득은 결혼이주여성의 결혼만족도에 통계적으로 유의하게 정적인 영향을 미치는 직접효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 다집단 분석 결과, 결혼이주여성의 한국어 능력 수준에 따른 부부 대화시간, 가구 월평균 소득, 부부갈등, 결혼만족도 간 경로계수의 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구와 관련된 함의점과 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to understand the effect of marital conversation time and family monthly incomes on marital satisfaction and to find whether this relationship varies depend on marital conflict and the differences between groups according to mother’s Korean abilities. The participants of this study are 5,596 married immigrant women and the data were used from the National Survey on Multi-cultural Families in 2015. The result of the mediating effect verification and multi-group analysis by using the structural equation modeling presented as follow. First marital conversation time turned out to have a positive and full mediating effect within the relationship where marital conversation time has effect on marital satisfaction. Second, family incomes has a positive effect on marital satisfaction. Third, none of statistical significant differences in this structural relationship were found in between the mother’s Korean abilities groups. This means that mother’s Korean abilities has no moderating effect within the path of martial conversation time affecting martial satisfaction mediated by family monthly income. Based on the result, implications for research and practice were discussed.
