영문 초록

This study focuses on reforming curriculum for educating global trade manpower based onNCS to improve professional trade capacity and enhance competencies of the professionaltrade workforce. By analyzing statistics and exploring the relationship between theconfiguration of the learning program for human resource development factors based tradeorganization and learning factors and learning outcomes.The main factors required for the analysis were derived from previous studies on NCStrade-related training. Factor analysis and regression analysis showed a statistically positive andsignificant relationship between learning program configuration factors and trade practices,learning configuration factors and language skills, curriculum standards utilization and tradepractical knowledge, foreign languages program participation and foreign languages ability.Therefore, based on the empirical results, a trade workforce strategy plan can be presented.Such strategy plan may include NCS-based curriculum development and application promotion,instituting measures to formalize the expertise acquired utilizing the certification system andimproving the language skills relative to import and export marketing learning activities inuniversities.
