지역특산물 축제의 잠재적 영향 인식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 지역특산물 축제가 가지고 있는 경제파급효과와 사회적효과 전반에 걸친 연구를 시행하여 분석결과를 제시하고 그에 따른 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 진행을 위해서 선행연구를 시행한 결과 지역의 잠재적인 영향에 대하여 5개 영역으로 세분화하고 긍정적/부정적 효과의 지표를 제시한 Fredline, Jago과 Derry(2003)를 기반으로 하여 이에 따른 잠재적 속성(경제파급효과, 관광/지역효과, 물리적효과, 사회문화적효과, 심리적효과)간의 관계를 경로분석(Path Analysis)을 통해 분석하였다. 실증 분석을 통해 본 연구에서 제시한 연구문제를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구결과 긍정적인 효과에 대한 속성은 유의수준(p<0.001)에서 경제파급효과(1.000), 관광/지역효과(0.985), 심리적효과(0.937), 물리적효과(0.927), 사회문화적효과(0.908)순으로 나타났다. 반면에 부정적인 효과에 대한 속성은 심리적효과(2.359), 사회문화적효과(2.290), 관광/지역적효과(1.806), 물리적효과(1.688), 경제파급효과(1.000)순으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 관광객이 이천쌀문화축제에 대한 경제파급효과가 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타내며 부정적인 효과는 작게 인식하고 있음을 의미한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present suggestions by conducting a study in the entire aspect including economical ripple effects and social effects from festivals and inducing analyzed results. For this purpose, a pre-study was carried out. As a result, regional potential effects were subdivided into 5 sectors and the relationship with potential properties was analyzed though Path Analysis. As a result of the study, properties on positive effects showed the following values: economic ripple effects (1.000), tourism/region effects (0.985), psychological effects (0.937), physical effects (0.927), social/cultural effects (0.908) in p<0.001. The findings suggest the order of significance in positive effects. Whereas, properties on negative effects showed the following values: psychological effects (2.359), social/cultural effects (2.290), tourism/region effects (1.806), physical effects(1.688), economic ripple effects(1.000).
