국문 초록

본 연구는 청각장애아동의 교육이 언어 및 의사소통을 중심으로 이루어지고 있고, 최근 교육에서 장애아동의 삶의 질에 초점에 맞추고 명가하도록 요구함에 따라 청각장애아동의 의사소통 관련 삶의 질 측정도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 과정과 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문항개발단계에서 본 연구 와 관련된 선행연구를 분석하고, 문항을 구성한 후 문항의 적절성에 대해 검증하였다. 둘째, 문항이해수준을 점검하고 문항을 확정한 후 수화영상을 제작하고 수화영상의 적절성에 대해 검증하였다. 셋째, 검사도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 확보를 위해 청각장애아동 151명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석과 상관분석을 통해 타당도를 검증하였고, 구성요인별 및 요인 내 개별 분항의 Cronbach's a값을 통해 신뢰도를 입증하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 청각장애아동의 의사소통 관련 삶의 질 측정도구는 구화사용자와 수화사용자 모두에게 실시 가능하도록 제작된 신뢰도와 타당도가 확보된 도구라는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop communication-related quality of life scale for children with hearing impairment. First of all, in order to produce communication-related quality of life scale for children with hearing impairment, analyzed precedent research and constructed questions in the stage of question development. And then expert panels verified questions for content validity. Also, they were evaluated for the questionnaire understandability, and thereafter questions were finalized. Then, the Korean sign language based on the questions was produced. This questionnaire examined the item difficulty targeting 151 children with hearing impairment, configuration factors and the questions were abstracted through the explorer factor analysis, and I verified their reliability. As a result of the explorer fact0r analysis, four factors and twenty-five questions were included in the questionnaire. Also, the constructed validity was verified by the correlation analysis between the scores of four factors and the total score. And as a result of reliability analysis, the reliability in each configuration factor showed a high level of reliability which Cronbach's a was .78-.86, and each question in the configuration factors showed also a high level of reliability which Cronbach's a was .71-.86.
