영문 초록

This paper attempts to reveal the relationships among international certification internal-external motive factors, supply chain responsiveness and Business Performance. According to precedent studies, Our study analysed 143cases from Korean companies which adopted a international certification and then developed a structural equation model. As a result of the model test, this empirical study found that international certification internal motive has a positively significant influence on supply chain responsiveness and business performance. Second, international external motive affects positively on Business performance mediate supply chain responsiveness. For further study should be conducted for discovering effective practice factors of international certification, partnerships
