특수학교 교사의 교육과정과 수업에 대한 실천적 지식의 요인 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 특수학교 교사의 교육과정과 수업에 대한 실천적 지식의 요인을 알아보기 위하여 전국의 특수학교에 재직하는 교사 1,717명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 교육과정에 대한 문항은 5점 척도 24문항, 수업에 대한 문항은 5점 척도 21문항으로 구성되었다. 설문지는 요인 분석 및 신뢰도 분석으로 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 특수학교 교사의 교육과정 및 수업에 대한 실천적 지식은 장애유형, 교직경력, 학교급별 등에 따라서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보인다. 특수학교 교사의 교육과정과 수업에 대한 실천적 지식에는 각각 다양한 하위 요인들이 구성되어져 있다. 그러나 특수학교 교사의 수업에 대한 실천적 지식의 요인에는 교육과정의 필요성이 함께 구성되어 있으므로, 교육과정이 좋은 수업의 결과로 연계되는 것은 아님을 이 연구에서는 또한 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to illustrate the factor analysis on practical knowledge toward special school teachers’ curriculum and instruction. The 1,717 special school teachers were participated for this study. The questionnaire was divided into two dimensions, one is for curriculum of 24 questions with 5 Likert scale, and the other one is for instruction of 21 questions with 5 Likert scale. The questionnaire was utilized to factor analysis to keep reliability. The results of this study were that: (a) the special school teachers’ practical knowledge toward curriculum and instruction was different based on the teachers’ schools (the type of the students with disabilities), teaching experiences, and the levels of the schools (kindergarten and elementary between middle and post-secondary); (b) the special school teachers' practical knowledge toward curriculum and instruction was consisted with various sub factors; and (c) the special school teachers’ practical knowledge toward curriculum was a necessary condition, but not sufficient condition in teaching environments. Therefore this study concluded that the special school teachers’ practical knowledge was analyzed into various sub factors.
