1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The aims are to systemize real estate academically and to look into the contents and characteristics that real estate finances have to contain by reflecting on the changes of real estate finances circumstances. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study applied to the theoretic study through various literatures, documentary record, thess, internet and study methods through precedent analyses. (3) RESEARCH FINDING 1) Put into a triangular position and systemize real estate finances 2) Confine the contents and scopes that real estate finances 2. RESULTS 1) Put into a triangular position the conception of real estate finances 2) Contents that real estate finances have to investigate - Analyze the economic subjects concluding on finances - Grasp the contents on real estate finances agencies - Explain kinds of real estate finances markers and commodities of real estate finances - The government's Role in real estate finances markets - Contents and necessities of real estate insurance
