연구 목적: 본 연구는 마르크스의 특정 텍스트에 나타나는 ‘주해적비판’의절차와기능을규명한다 특히 마르크스가 상대의 문장, 등식, 정의, 강령 문구를 재인용하고 그 연결과 배열을 추적하여, 그 안에 은폐된 사회관계와 역사적 조건을 드러내는 비판 방식에 주목하였다. 연구 방법: 『독일 이데올로기』, 『철학의 빈곤』, 『자본』 제3권 『잉여가치학설사』, 「아돌프 바그너 난외주석」, 「고타 강령 비판」을 대상으로 문헌 중심의 텍스트 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 내용: 본 연구에서는 역사적으로 특수한 사회관계가 그 성립 조건과 매개가 생략된 채 자명한 문장이나 개념으로 압축된 형식을 ‘공식화된사회관계’로정의하였다 이어여섯사례를비교하여 마르크스가 어휘와 개념의 연결 및 배열을 추적하고 그 안에서 생략된 사회관계를 복원하는 과정을 고찰하였다. 결론 및 제언: 분석 결과, 주해적 비판은 역사적으로 형성된 사회관계를 자명한 공식으로 고정하는 표현을 해체할 때 두드러지는 비판 형식임이 확인되었다. 이는 마르크스 연구와 해석학·수사학·사회이론을 연결하는 간학문적 연구의 가능성을 보여주며, 현대 사회의 공식화된 사회관계를 분석하는 데에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study examines the procedure and function of “exegetical critique” as it appears in selected texts by Marx. In particular, it focuses on how Marx reproduces and closely examines his interlocutors’ sentences, equations, definitions, and programmatic formulations, traces their connections and ordering, and thereby reveals the social relations and historical conditions concealed within them. Method: This study conducts a literature-based textual analysis of The German Ideology, The Poverty of Philosophy, Capital, Volume III, Theories of Surplus Value, “Marginal Notes on Adolph Wagner,” and Critique of the Gotha Programme. Content: This study defines “formulaic expressions” as forms in which historically specific social relations are compressed into self-evident sentences or concepts, while the conditions and mediations through which those relations are constituted are omitted. It then compares six cases and examines how Marx traces lexical and conceptual connections and ordering and reconstructs the social relations omitted from them. Conclusion and Suggestions: The analysis confirms that exegetical critique is a distinctive form of critique that becomes particularly salient when dismantling expressions that fix historically formed social relations into self-evident formulas. This finding demonstrates the potential for interdisciplinary research linking Marx studies, hermeneutics, rhetoric, and social theory, and suggests that exegetical critique may also be applicable to the analysis of formulaic expressions in contemporary society.
