비디오 기반 관찰학습을 활용한 특수학교 전공과 면접 수업에서 얻게 된 특수교사의 실천적 지식

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 특수학교 전공과 학생에게 비디오 기반 관찰학습을 활용한 면접 수업을 실행하는 과정에서 얻게 된 특수교사의 실천적 지식을 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구참여자는 연구자로서의 교사, 연구 참여 학생 7명, 수업 관찰자 3명, 외부 전문가 2명이다. 연구 방법은 8차시의 면접 이론수업과 4회기의 모의면접 실행하고, 협의회와 자기성찰을 통한 보충수업 및 추가 연습을 진행하는 실행연구방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 특수학교 전공과 면접 수업은 진단용 모의면접으로 지도가 필요한 제재를 파악해야 하며, 장애인 대상 면접의 특징과 일반 면접의 특징을 함께 버무려 준비해야 한다. 둘째, 전반적인 면접 이론 수업이 필요한 경우에는 면접의 기본 내용을 안내하고 면접문항은 우선순위를 정해 대비하는 것이 필요하며, 언어적⋅준언어적⋅비언어적 요소를 함께 지도해야 한다. 셋째, 특수학교 전공과 면접 수업에서 비디오 기반 관찰학습 전략을 활용하면 학생이 자신의 면접 참여 모습을 점검하고 조절하는 계기가 되는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 면접 이론 수업을 마친 후에는 다회기⋅다형태의 모의면접과 상황별 지도를 통해 면접 불안을 낮추어 주는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 특수학교 전공과 학생의 면접 지도에 대한 방향에 대하여 논의하고, 후속 연구를 위해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the practical knowledge gained by special education teachers during the implementation of video-based observational learning-based interview classes for students of post-secondary program for vocational education in special school. Participants included the researcher, seven participating students, three class observers, and two external experts. The research method employed an action research approach, which included eight sessions of interview theory classes and four simulated interviews, followed by supplementary lessons and additional practice through consultations and self-reflection. The findings are as follows. First, special education interview classes should use diagnostic simulated interviews to identify areas requiring guidance. Preparation should incorporate both the characteristics of interviews for students with disabilities and those of general interviews. Second, if comprehensive interview theory instruction is required, it is important to provide guidance on the basics of the interview, prioritize interview questions, and provide instruction on verbal, paraverbal, and nonverbal elements. Third, the use of video-based observational learning strategies in special education interview classes provided students with opportunities to monitor and adjust their interview participation. Fourth, after completing the interview theory course, it is necessary to reduce interview anxiety through multiple-session, multi-format mock interviews and situational guidance. Based on the research results, we discussed the direction of interview guidance for students majoring in special education schools and made suggestions for future research.
