국문 초록

글로벌 사회의 빠른 변화와 4차 산업혁명의 도래는 창의적이고 융합적인 사고를 가진 인재 양성의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학습과학과 백워드 설계 모형이 미래교육의 요구를 어떻게 충족할 수 있는지 탐구한다. 학습과학과 백워드 설계를 융합하여 창의성, 협업, 적응력을 키우는 교육 방안을 모색한다. 글로벌 창업 역량 강화 교육 프로그램 사례를 통해 이러한 접근법의 실질적 응용을 제시하며, 프로젝트 기반 학습과 융합적 문제 해결을 통해 학생들이 실제 세계의 과제를 대비하도록 지원한다. 결론적으로, 본 연구는 학생의 흥미와 실생활 맥락에 맞춘 학습자 중심 교육의 중요성을 강조한다. 또한, 정부, 교사, 학생, 지역 사회가 협력하여 역량 기반 교육과정을 발전시키는 것이 필요함을 제언한다. 지능정보사회가 요구하는 새로운 교육 패러다임에 부합하는 이러한 접근법은 급변하는 세계의 복잡성을 헤쳐 나갈 수 있는 미래 지향적이고 균형 잡힌 인재양성에 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

The rapid changes in global society and the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution underscore the need to cultivate individuals with creative and interdisciplinary thinking skills. This study explores how learning sciences and the backward design model can meet the demands of future education. By integrating learning sciences and backward design, it seeks to propose educational strategies that foster creativity, collaboration, and adaptability. A practical application of this approach is demonstrated through a case study of a global entrepreneurship education program, emphasizing project-based learning and interdisciplinary problem-solving to prepare students for real-world challenges. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of learner-centered education tailored to students' interests and real-life contexts. It also emphasizes the need for collaboration among governments, educators, students, and communities to advance competency-based curricula. This approach aligns with the demands of the intelligence-driven society, contributing to the development of future-oriented and well-balanced individuals capable of navigating the complexities of a rapidly changing world.
