국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 대학생활적응을 잠재프로파일 유형화되는 특징을 탐색하고, 각 잠재프로파일 유형에 대한 회복탄력성, 자기주도성 자기주도성의 예측효과 및 학업성취도의 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 지방 소재의 P대학 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 236명의 데이터를 사용하였다. 연구방법은 대학생활적응의 유형탐색을 위해 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시했으며, 예측변인의 효과를 검증하기 위해 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 대학생활적응 잠재프로파일 유형은 ‘높은적응형, 적응양호형, 관계지향-취약형, 관계차단-취약형’으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 진로성숙도, 회복탄력성, 자기주도성이 높을수록 높은적응형에 속할 확률이 높았고, 적응양호형은 높은적응형에 비해 자기주도성이 낮았고, 두 취약형 유형과는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 대학생활적응 유형에 따라 학업성취도의 차이가 일부 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 대학생활적응에 대한 이해를 확장하였으며, 대학생활적응 유형에 대한 예측요인 검증을 통해 긍정적 적응을 위한 교육적 개입방안 모색의 기초자료를 제공했다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to classify latent profiles of college adaptation and to examine the predictive effects of career maturity, resilience, and self-direction on academic achievement for each latent profile type. This study conducted latent profile analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis on 236 students at P University. The main findings are as follows. First, college adaptation types were categorized into "highly adaptable," "well-adapted," "relationship-vulnerable," and "relationship-blocked-vulnerable." Second, higher career career maturity, resilience, and self-direction were associated with a higher probability of belonging to the highly adaptable type. Highly adaptable types had lower self-directedness than highly adaptable types, but showed no differences from the two vulnerable types. Third, academic achievement differed according to college life adaptation type. This study is significant in that it expanded the understanding of college adaptation and provided basic data for exploring educational interventions for positive adaptation by verifying predictive factors for college adaptation types.
