국문 초록

본 연구는 비수도권 A대학교 학업우수학생의 학습경험을 토대로 맞춤형 학습지원 프로그램(A-Tree)을 개발하고, 시범 운영을 통해 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 프로그램은 교육요구도 분석, FGI, 전문가 타당도 검증(CVI) 과정을 거쳐 설계되었으며, 16주 동안 자기주도학습, 협동학습, 캠프 활동, 멘토 피드백을 포함하도록 구성하였다. 2023학년도 2학기 12명을 대상으로 운영한 결과, 기술통계와 Mann-Whitney U 검정에서 자기주도적 학습역량은 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 협동적 학습역량과 학생성과는 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 개방형 설문 분석에서는 시간 관리, 논리적 발표, 협업 역량의 성장과 더불어 캠프 활동과 멘토 피드백의 긍정적 효과가 확인되었으며, 일부 운영 방식에 대한 개선 요구도 제시되었다. 본 연구는 학업우수학생 지원이 개인 학습을 넘어 협력적 학습경험 강화로 나아가야 함을 보여주며, 지역 대학의 맞춤형 학습지원 전략 수립에 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to develop and pilot-test a tailored learning support program (A-Tree) for high-achieving students at a regional university in Korea. The program was designed through needs assessment, focus group interviews (FGIs), and expert validation using the Content Validity Index (CVI). It was structured as a 16-week course including self-directed study, collaborative learning, camps, and mentor feedback. The program was implemented with 12 students in the second semester of 2023. Descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney U tests showed no significant change in self-directed learning competency, but cooperative learning competency and student outcomes improved significantly. Open-ended responses indicated growth in time management, presentation, and teamwork, with camps and mentor feedback highlighted as especially effective. Students also suggested clearer report guidelines and schedule adjustments. The findings suggest that support for high-achieving students should move beyond individual learning toward collaborative experiences, offering practical implications for regional universities.
