국문 초록

본 연구는 디지털 플랫폼 기반 안무 지도 방법의 교육적 효과와 적용 가능성을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구는 2025년 3월부터 6월까지 B광역시 소년소녀합창단 단원을 대상으로 총 8회에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 참여자는 연구자, 안무 지도 교사, 보조 교사 2명, 합창단 단원 7명으로 구성되었다. 자료 수집은 참여관찰, 심층 면담, 문서자료를 활용하였고, 귀납적 범주 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 디지털 플랫폼 기반 사전 학습은 개별 학습 속도에 맞춘 준비 활동을 가능하게 하여 대면 수업에서 표현력 지도를 강화할 수 있었다. 둘째, 학생 간 자발적 피드백과 협력적 소통은 공동체 의식과 참여도를 높이고, 핵심 역량을 향상시켰다. 셋째, 학습자는 안무 설계 과정에 직접 참여하며 창의적 아이디어를 제안하고, 디지털 매체를 통해 표현 능력을 확장하였다. 이러한 결과는 디지털 예술교육이 학습자의 창의성과 자기 주도성을 촉진하는 데 효과적이며, 대면 수업과 병행할 때 그 효과가 극대화됨을 시사한다. 한편, 일부 학생들은 장비 지원의 어려움과 기술의 접근성 문제 등을 경험하며 어려움을 겪었으며, 지도자의 기술 역량과 학부모의 협조 여부도 수업 효과에 영향을 미치는 요소로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 예술교육 현장에서는 디지털 기반 교수법과 수기 지도의 강점을 융합한 맞춤형 교육모형 개발이 필요하며, 다양한 연령과 장르로의 확장 가능성, 플랫폼 기능 개선, 제도적 지원이 함께 고려되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the educational effectiveness and applicability of a digital platform-based choreography instruction method. The study was conducted eight times from March to June 2025 with members of the Boys and Girls Choir in Metropolitan City B. Participants included the researcher, a choreography instructor, two assistant teachers, and seven choir members. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documented data, and inductive category analysis was used to derive the findings. The results showed that, first, pre-learning based on a digital platform enabled preparatory activities tailored to individual learning paces, thereby enhancing expressive skills instruction in face-to-face classes. Second, voluntary feedback and collaborative communication among students enhanced a sense of community and participation, and enhanced core competencies. Third, learners directly participated in the choreography design process, suggesting creative ideas and expanding their expressive abilities through digital media. These results suggest that digital arts education is effective in fostering learner creativity and self-directedness, and its effectiveness is maximized when combined with face-to-face classes. Meanwhile, some students experienced challenges due to equipment support and accessibility issues, while instructors' technical skills and parental cooperation were also found to impact class effectiveness. Therefore, future arts education programs will need to develop customized educational models that combine the strengths of digital-based teaching methods and manual instruction. This approach should also consider expandability across age groups and genres, improved platform functionality, and institutional support.
