국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료가 지역사회 조현병 대상자의 대인관계에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 S시에 소재한 ○○센터를 이용하는 10년 이상 조현병 증상을 가지고 있으며, 미혼인 지역사회 성인 조현병 대상자로 실험집단 6명, 통제집단 6명으로 이루어졌으며, 프로그램은 2019년 02월~04월까지 11주간 세션 당 90분씩 10회 실시되었다. 두 집단 모두 프로그램 시작, 종료 후 대인관계에 대한 능력을 측정하기 위한 대인관계 변화척도(Relationship Change Scale)를 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21을 통해 사전・사후로 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과 신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료가 지역사회 조현병 대상자의 대인관계향상에 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료가 지역사회 조현병 대상자들의 대인관계변화 척도의 하위요인인 의사소통, 신뢰감, 이해성에서 유의미한 변화를 나타내었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해보면 신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료 프로그램이 지역사회 조현병 대 상자의 대인관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out how the group expressive arts therapy using physical play effect on interpersonal relationships of schizophrenia patients in the regional community. The subjects of the study were 6 experimental groups and 6 control groups of adult who had schizophrenia symptoms for more than 10 years using the ○○ Center located in S-si, and were not married or divorced and lived alone, and the program was conducted 10 times per 90minutes of session for 11 weeks from February to April 2019. Both groups used Relationship Change Scale to measure interpersonal skills at the beginning and end of the program, and the collected data were compared and analyzed in advance and postmortem through SPSS21. As a result of the study, first, the group expressive arts therapy using physical play showed a positive effect on improving interpersonal relationships of schizophrenia patients in the regional community. Second, the group expressive arts therapy using physical play has had a significant impact on communication, trust, and understanding, which are the sub-factors of the interpersonal change measure of the regional community s schizophrenia patients. The results of the above studies show that the group expressive arts therapy programs using physical play have a positive impact on interpersonal relationships of schizophrenia patients in the regional community.
