국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인거주시설의 윤리경영인식에 미치는 요인을 장애인거주시설 종사자를 대상으로 일반적 특성, 기관특성, 직무환경에 따라 연구하고, 장애인거주시설 윤리경영인식을 재고하고 실현가능한 구체적 대안을 논의하기 위한 기초자료로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전라남도 지역의 22개 시군구 지역 내 편의표본추출법에 의해 장애인거주시설 9개 시설로 총 250부를 배부하였고, 이 중 236부가 되었으나, 불성실하게 작성된 15부를 제외하고 실제 221부를 최종 분석대상으로 삼았다. 장애인거주시설 종사자의 윤리경영인식에 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 SPSS 20.0 프로그램 사용과 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인거주시설 종사자의 일반적 특성 중 종사자의 성별중 남성과 월평균소득이 많을수록 윤리경영인식이 높게 나타났다 둘째, 장애인거주시설 종사자가 근무하는 거주시설 유형에 따라 윤리경영인식에 영향을 미친다고 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 장애인거주시설 종사자의 윤리교육은 윤리경영인식에 영향을 미친다고 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 장애인거주시설의 윤리경영인식 향상과 관리에 필요한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study studies the factors affecting the ethical management perception of facilities with disabilities for the disabled, according to general characteristics, institutional characteristics, and job environment, reconsidering ethical management perception for facilities with disabilities and to provide basic data for the disabled discussing concrete alternatives that are feasible. To this end, a total of 250 copies were distributed to 9 facilities with disability accommodations by means of a Convenient Sampling method in 22 municipalities in Jeollanam-do and 236 copies were recovered and unfaithfully prepared excluding 15 copies actual 221 copies were taken as the final analysis target. In order to analyze the factors affecting the ethical management perceptions of workers in facilities with disabilities, the results verified by using SPSS 20.0 program and Hierarchical Regression analysis are as follows. First, as a result of exploring the general characteristics of persons with disabilities living in a facility, the perception of ethical management was high in terms of gender and average monthly income. Second, as a result of exploring the institutional characteristics of the disabled resident facilities, it was found that the type of residential facilities affected the perception of ethical management. Third, as a result of exploring the job environment of workers in facilities with disabilities, it was found that ethical education affects ethical management perception. Based on the results of this analysis, this study made recommendations for improving and managing ethical management perception of facilities for the disabled.
