국문 초록

본 연구는 기존 중소기업 중심의 기술력 평가체계가 지닌 한계를 극복하고, 청년창업기업의 고유한 특성을 반영한 특화된 기술력 평가체계(Framework)를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 분석과 전문가 인터뷰를 통한 기술성, 시장성, 사업성, 청년창업기업 특화지표의 4개 상위 영역과 15개의 세부지표를 도출하였으며, 도출된 지표의 객관성과 타당성을 검증하기 위해 관련 분야 전문가를 대상으로 AHP분석법(계층화분석법)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 상위 영역에서는 사업성(36.1%)이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 시장성(27.1%), 기술성(18.6%), 청년창업기업 특화지표(18.2%) 순으로 중요도가 확인되었다. 특히 세부지표 중 ‘사업계획의 실현가능성’과 ‘시장진입 가능성’이 높게 평가된 점은 초기 청년창업기업에 있어 기술 자체의 완성도보다 비즈니스 모델의 구체성과 시장 생존력이 핵심적인 평가 요소임을 시사한다. 이는 서론에서 제기한 청년창업기업의 높은 폐업률과 데스밸리(Death Valley) 극복을 위한 실무적 역량의 중요성을 뒷받침하는 결과이다. 본 연구에서 제안된 모델은 청년창업기업에 특화된 정교한 평가 가이드라인을 제공함으로써 정책자금 지원 및 투자 결정의 효율성을 제고하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a specialized technology evaluation model for youth startups to overcome the limitations of existing evaluation systems centered on general SMEs and reflect their unique characteristics. Through a comprehensive literature review and expert interviews, a hierarchical model was established, consisting of four primary domains-Technological Prowess, Marketability, Business Feasibility, and Specialized Indicators for Youth Startups-and 15 sub-indicators. To verify the objectivity and validity of the proposed indicators, the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was conducted with a panel of experts. The analysis revealed that Business Feasibility(36.1%) was the most critical domain, followed by Marketability(27.1%), Technological Prowess(18.6%), and Specialized Indicators for Youth Starups(18.2%). Notably, the high importance assigned to ‘Feasibility of Business Plans’ and Market Entry Potential’ suggests that for early-stage youth startups, the concreteness of the business model and market survival are more vital than the maturity of technology itself. This study contributes to enhancing the efficiency of investment decisions and policy fund allocations by providing a sophisticated evaluation guideline tailored to the specific needs of youth startups.
