청년여성의 창업지원정책 신청 영향요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 청년여성의 창업지원정책 신청 여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 부울경 지역의 청년여성 예비창업자 392명을 대상으로 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 타인영향여부, 창업교육경험, 자녀 유무는 정책 신청에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 취업경험과 경력단절경험은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 연령, 학력, 개인소득, 이전창업경험, 창업자금규모, 부정사회경험은 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 청년여성 예비창업자의 정책 신청행동이 인구사회학적 특성보다 창업 준비과정에서의 학습 경험, 사회적 관계망, 생애경험과 더 밀접하게 관련되어 있음을 시사한다. 이는 청년여성의 창업지원 정책의 제고를 위하여 창업교육 강화, 멘토링 및 네트워크 기반 정보 제공, 경력단절 여성 대상 맞춤형 신청 지원, 돌봄 부담을 고려한 여성친화적 정책 설계가 필요성을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study examines the factors associated with applications for startup support programs among young women entrepreneurs. Using survey data from 392 prospective entrepreneurs, a binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify the determinants of policy application behavior. The results show that social influence, entrepreneurship education experience, and having children are positively associated with the likelihood of applying for startup support programs, whereas prior work experience and career interruption experience are negatively associated with application behavior. In contrast, age, education level, personal income, prior startup experience, expected startup capital, and negative social experiences do not show statistically significant effects. These findings suggest that policy application behavior among young women prospective entrepreneurs is shaped less by basic demographic characteristics than by learning experiences, social networks, and life-course conditions during the startup preparation stage. The study implies that improving access to startup support programs requires stronger entrepreneurship education linked to policy information, mentoring and network-based outreach, tailored application support for women with career interruption, and women-friendly policy design that takes caregiving responsibilities into account.
