국문 초록

Purpose : This study aimed to examine research trends and explore the conceptual structure of employment preparation stress among nursing students using text network analysis and topic modeling. Methods : A descriptive study was conducted based on the abstracts of 39 Korean studies published between 2015 and 2024. Text data were preprocessed through Korean morphological analysis, and keyword co-occurrence matrices were constructed at the document level. Frequency, centrality, and network visualization analyses were performed using NetMiner, and LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling was conducted to identify major thematic patterns in the literature. Results : The most frequent keywords were ‘employment preparation stress’, ‘career decision-making self-efficacy’, ‘clinical practice’, ‘career preparation behavior’, and ‘self-efficacy’. Topic modeling identified five topic clusters: psychological stress, career-related cognition and behavior, clinical practice and educational environment, coping and psychological resources, and personal characteristics and emotional responses. Conclusion : Research on employment preparation stress among nursing students has evolved around interconnected psychological, career-related, educational, and personal dimensions. These findings suggest the need for integrated educational strategies that promote career preparation, clinical adaptation, effective coping, and the development of psychological resilience and personal competencies among nursing students.
