중국 지역산업의 성장 요인 분석 - 길림성(吉林省)과 광동성(广东省) 비교

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역 간 경제 격차 발생 원인을 지역 산업적 측면에서 중국 길림성과광동성 두 지역을 사례로 분석하였다. 분석 방법으로 입지계수와 동태적 변이할당분석을 통해 길림성과 광동성 두 지역의 특화산업 변화와 지역산업의 성장요인을 분석하였다. 입지계수를 통해 다양한 특화산업의 보유 여부가 두 지역의 경제 성장의 차이를 가져오는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 동태적 변이할당분석을 통한 성장요인 분석에서 길림성의 성장률 감소 요인은 산업적 요인 보다 지역적 요인이 더 크게 작용하고있었다. 반면 광동성의 성장 요인은 광동성이 가지고 있는 지역 경쟁력 보다 산업적요인이 더 크게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the growth factors of regional industry to find the causes of economic gaps among regions in China, using Jilin and Guangdong provinces China as an example. In the analysis of specialized industries through location efficient, manufacturing industries such as automobiles and trailers, medical materials and pharmaceuticals, and food products were found to be manufactured with relatively high specialization compared to the whole country. In the case of Guangdong Province, six manufacturing industries showed high specialization, including furniture, stationery, crafts and sports goods, rubber and plastics, metals and metal processing products, electrical equipment, computer and electronic parts and communication equipment. Through this result, it could be seen that the possession of various specialized industries brings about the difference in economic growth in the two regions. Dynamic shift-share analysis showed that the regional factor plays a greater role than the industrial factor in the growth rate reduction. On the other hand, it was found that the industrial factor plays a greater role than the regional competitiveness in the growth factor of Guangdong Province.
