고령학습자를 고려한 중국어 수업설계 - 고령자 학습자의 학습심리와 디지털활용을 바탕으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 고령중국어 학습자의 신체적, 인지적, 사회·환경적 및 고령자 외국어 학습의 방면에서 학습자의 특성과 심리요인을 분석하고, 설문과 인터뷰를 통한 중국어학습자의 학습현황을 통하여 수업설계의 기초가 되도록 하였다. 또한 수업설계의 활용도를 검증하기 위하여 실제 수업을 진행하고 분석을 실시하였다. 다만 설문과 인터뷰인원의 제한성으로 인해 연구의 한계성이 존재하지만 수업에서 학습자의 심리를고려한 수업은 학습의 지속성과 학습자의 소속감을 향상시킨다는 긍정적인 결론을도출하였다. 중국어 학습이 언어기능향상의 목적 외에도 고령학습자에게 노년기를함께 보낼 수 있는 상호 보완적인 기능을 담당할 수 있도록 하는 것에 본 연구의 의의를 두고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the characteristics and psychological factors of elderly Chinese language learners from physical, cognitive, social, and environmental perspectives, as well as in the context of foreign language learning among older adults. Based on surveys and interviews examining the current state of Chinese language learning, the study aimed to establish a foundation for curriculum design. Furthermore, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed instructional design, an actual class was conducted and analyzed. Although the study has limitations due to the small number of survey and interview participants, it reached a positive conclusion that instruction designed with consideration of learners’ psychological factors enhances both learning persistence and a sense of belonging among learners. The significance of this research lies in enabling Chinese language learning to serve not only as a means of improving linguistic proficiency but also as a complementary activity that supports elderly learners in leading fulfilling and socially connected lives in later adulthood.
