국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 당진시 보건소에서 실시한 ‘AI·IoT 기반 어르신 건강관리서비스’ 사업을 통하여 노인의 건강지표, 건강행동, 삶의 만족도 개선 등의 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 조사대상은 만성질환 관리 및 건강행태 개선이 필요한 65세 이상 당진시민 355명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 for Windows를 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, 일원분산분석, paired t-test 등을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 나타난 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 사전 및 사후의 건강지표, 건강행동, 삶의 만족도 차이 분석 결과는 일부에서만 유의미하였다. 둘째, 건강특성과 인지특성에 따른 사전 및 사후의 건강지표, 건강행동, 삶의 만족도 차이 분석 결과는 모두 유의미하지 않았다. 셋째, 사전-사후 건강지표에 변화가 있는지를 분석한 결과, 혈압과 건강지표 총점에서만 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 넷째, 사전-사후 건강행동에 변화가 있는지를 분석한 결과, 모든 건강행동에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 다섯째, 사전-사후 삶의 만족도 변화를 분석한 결과, 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 증가가 있었다. 마지막으로 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 향후 노인 건강관리 정책 및 사업, 그리고 후속연구를 위한 몇 가지 제언을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the '2023 AI·IoT-Based Senior Health Care Service Project' conducted in Dangjin City, by examining improvements in health indicators, health behaviors, and life satisfaction among older adults. The participants were 355 Dangjin citizens aged 65 or older in need of chronic disease management and health behavior improvement. The collected data were analyzed descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and paired t-test using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The main results were as follows. First, statistically significant differences in health indicators, health behaviors, and life satisfaction based on sociodemographic characteristics were observed only in certain areas. Second, none of the differences in health indicators, health behaviors, or life satisfaction according to health-related and cognitive characteristics were statistically significant. Third, changes in health indicators before and after the intervention showed statistically significant differences only in blood pressure and the overall health indicator score. Fourth, the analysis of changes in health behaviors before and after the intervention revealed statistically significant differences across all health behavior variables. Fifth, post-intervention life satisfaction was significantly higher compared to pre-intervention levels. Finally, based on these findings, we proposed several recommendations for future senior health care policies, programs, and follow-up research.
