국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지사인 연구자가 가족갈등과 개인적 트라우마 속에서 경험한 역할갈등과 감정노동, 트라우마의 회복 과정을 자문화기술지로 탐구하였다. 연구자는 고부갈등, 연인관계의 배신, 번아웃을 내러티브 구조로 기록하며 전문성 정체성의 흔들림과 재구성의 과정을 분석하였다. 글쓰기를 통한 감정의 외재화와 재해석은 자기돌봄과 정서적 회복, 전문성 재정립의 계기가 되었다. 또한 조직적 환경의 경직성과 감정노동에 대한 구조적 인식 부족이 사회복지사의 내면적 소진을 심화시킨다는 점을 드러내며, 실천가의 감정 경험을 정당하게 조명하였다. 본 연구는 자기서사 기반 성찰이 사회복지사의 전문성 향상뿐 아니라 사회복지 교육과 슈퍼비전 체계 속에서 통합될 필요성을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study employs autoethnography to explore the experiences of a social worker who has undergone family conflict and personal trauma, focusing on the processes of role conflict, emotional labor, and trauma recovery. The researcher documents narratives of in-law conflict, betrayal in an intimate relationship, and burnout, analyzing how these experiences destabilized and reconstructed her professional identity. Through writing, the externalization and reinterpretation of emotions became a catalyst for self-care, emotional recovery, and the reestablishment of professional integrity. Furthermore, the study reveals how organizational rigidity and the lack of structural recognition of emotional labor exacerbate the inner exhaustion of social workers, thereby legitimizing practitioners’ emotional experiences. Ultimately, this study emphasizes that self-narrative-based reflection should be integrated into social work education and supervision systems as a means to enhance professional competence.
