국문 초록
The development of ideological and political education in courses is the key to realizing the “allround, whole-process, and all-staff education”. This paper explores the integration and practice of ideological and political elements in the course “Plant Chemical Protection” at Jiangxi Agricultural University against the backdrop of rural revitalization. To address the issues such as insufficient integration of ideological and political elements, low professional identity among students, and traditional teaching methods, the teaching team, centering on the talent requirements of rural revitalization, has constructed an ideological and political dimension system covering the “feelings for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers”, sense of social responsibility, awareness of green development and environmental protection, as well as industrial service and innovation capabilities, which promotes the organic integration of professional theoretical teaching with ideological and political elements. While focusing on improving students’ professional skills, efforts have also been made to strengthen the development of the teaching staff, innovate teaching models, and optimize practical teaching links. Finally, through these reforms, 90.99% of students have established professional ethics of “scientific drug use and serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers”, and 89.19% of students have shown greater concern for scientific and technological innovation and breakthroughs in the field of plant protection. This practice has achieved the in-depth integration of value shaping, knowledge impartment, and ability cultivation, laying a solid foundation for students to engage in the cause of rural revitalization.
영문 초록
课程思政建设是实现“三全育人”的关键。探讨了乡村振兴背景下江西农业大学“植物化学保护学”课程中思政元素的融入与实践。针对思政元素融入不足、学生专业认同感较低和教学方法传统等问题,团队围绕乡村振兴对人才的要求,构建涵盖“三农”情怀、社会责任感、绿色环保意识、产业服务与创新能力的思政维度体系,推动专业理论教学与思政元素有机融合。在兼顾学生技能提升同时,强化教师队伍建设、创新教学模式和实践教学环节。通过改革,90.99%的学生树立了“科学用药、服务三农”的职业道德感,89.19%的学生更加关注植物保护领域的科技创新与突破,实现了价值塑造、知识传授与能力培养的深度融合,为学生投身乡村振兴奠定坚实基础。
