국문 초록

본 연구는 대학의 AX(Agentic eXperiences) 시스템 도입 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 정보보호와 공정성 문제를 분석하고, 이를 예방하기 위한 통합적 프레임워크를 제안한다. 기존의 정보보호 논의가 개인정보 유출 방지와 기술적 보안 강화에 집중되었다면, AX 환경에서는 데이터 처리 과정과 결과의 공정성, 투명성, 책임성 확보가 핵심 과제로 부상한다. 본 연구는 첫째, 데이터셋 편향 검증 절차, 둘째, 설명가능성 확보와 권한 분산 구조, 셋째, 로그 기반 사후 검증과 개선 환류라는 세 가지 축을 중심으로 설계·운영 단계에서의 대응 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 해외 대학의 학생성공 예측 모델, 온라인 시험 감독, 어드바이징 소프트웨어 사례와 국내 대학의 학습분석 시범사업을 비교하여 실행 전략을 도출하였다. 나아가 대학을 넘어 공공, 의료, 금융 분야에서도 동일한 위험 구조가 반복될 수 있음을 확인하고, 프레임워크의 확장 가능성을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 학문적으로 정보보호와 공정성 담론을 결합한 새로운 연구 지평을 제시하며, 실무적으로는 대학 및 다양한 기관이 AX 시스템을 신뢰성 있게 도입할 수 있는 기준을 마련한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study examines the potential challenges of information protection and fairness in the adoption of AX (Agentic eXperiences) systems in universities and proposes an integrated framework to address them. While traditional information protection has largely focused on preventing data breaches and strengthening technical security, AX environments require a broader approach that ensures fairness, transparency, and accountability in data processing and decision-making. This study identifies three key pillars: institutionalizing dataset bias audits, embedding explainability and distributed authority in system design, and establishing log-based post-validation with iterative feedback loops. Through a comparative review of overseas cases, such as student success prediction models, online proctoring, and advising tools, along with domestic pilot projects in learning analytics, the study derives practical strategies for implementation. Furthermore, it highlights that the same risk structures—data bias, algorithmic opacity, and lack of accountability—are present in other sectors, including public administration, healthcare, and finance, and discusses the applicability of the proposed framework to these domains. The academic contribution of this study lies in bridging the gap between information protection and fairness discourses, while its practical significance rests in providing universities and other institutions with actionable guidance for adopting AX systems in a socially trustworthy manner.
