관리적 보안활동과 보안인력 전문성이 기술유출방지에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 구미시 산업단지내 민간경비원의 관리적 보안활동과 기술유출방지 간의 인과관계를규명하고, 매개변수로 보안인력 전문성이 관리적 보안활동과 기술유출방지 사이에서 미치는 영향관계를 분석해 실증적 자료를 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 설문조사는 전문 경비업체 직원들을 대상으로 2014년 10월 6일부터 10월 19일까지 이루어졌으며, 설문지 300부 배포하여 286부를 갖고, 통계분석 프로그램으로 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석한 결과를 살펴보면, 관리적 보안활동으로서 정책통제는 기술유출방지에 유의미한 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인적통제는 보안인력 전문성을 매개하여 기술유출방지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과에 따라 기업의 핵심기술 및 정보에 대한 비인가자에 대한 접근차단과 등급별접근권한을 명시한 보안규칙이 제대로 이행되기 위해서는 정책통제가 실질적으로 이루어져야 그효과를 얻을 수 있다는 반증이 제시되며, 정기적인 보안감사와 보안교육을 통하여 보안규칙의 준수 가능성을 높여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of Administrative Security Activities and Technology Outflow Prevention in the Security Personnel Expertise. To attain this purpose, three variables - three Administrative Security Activities as a exogenous variable, and Security Personnel Expertise as a parameter variable, Technology Outflow Prevention as an endogenous variable - were used for the analysis. Data were collected from 286 Private Security Guards for empirical analysis. Techniques used in analyzing data were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, structure equation model. SPSS 20.0 for windows programs were applied in the analysis. ‘Policy control' as the administrative activity wields a meaningful influence on the technology outflow prevention and so 'human control' does by the security personnel expertise. According to this study, it is suggested that the security rule of access control and authority will be performed in quality by the policy control and the possibility of the observance will get higher through the regular inspection and security education.
