Purpose: The purpose of this research is to build a holistic model that connects workplace spirituality, work-family integration, well-being, and loyalty. The study investigates the impact that workplace spirituality has on employee well-being and work-family integration, as well as the ways in which well-being additionally fosters employee loyalty. Design/methodology/approach: A cross-sectional survey is used to survey full-time private educational institutions staff in Chennai region. A total of 384 academic staffs participated in the survey. A standardized questionnaire assessed workplace spirituality, work-family integration, well-being, and loyalty using smart PLS structural modelling. The sample is diverse, including male and female, with different academic credentials, rankings, experience, and other criteria. Findings: Study results indicate that workplace spirituality improves employee well-being (β=0.334 to 0.417, p<0.01) and favourably impacts loyalty through mediation (β=0.311, t=4.314). Work-family integration moderates the connection between well-being and loyalty (β=0.145, t=3.936), supporting Hypothesis 7. All constructs had AVE values over 0.50 and CR values above 0.8, proving the model's robustness. Research limitations/implications: The study's limitations include a concentration on Chennai's educational sector, a cross-sectional methodology, subjective spirituality assessments, and a faculty-centric perspective, pointing to the need for future research with broader application and deeper insights. According to the study, leadership training, inclusive policies, and employee well-being programs can boost loyalty, job happiness, and productivity. Spiritual activities can boost teacher involvement and organisational effectiveness in Chennai institutions. These suggestions help create a positive workplace. Originality/value: This study presents a fresh, integrative model integrating workplace spirituality, employee well- being, work-family integration, and loyalty in private educational institutions, revealing their connectivity. It enhan-ces comprehension of spirituality's commitment to organisational role.
