중도·중복장애학생 통합교육 연구의 동향 및 주제 분석

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 국내 중도·중복장애학생을 대상으로 한 통합교육 관련 연구의 동향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 총 34편의 문헌을 분석대상논문으로 선정하여 연구의 전반적인 동향(연도, 연구 방법, 연구 대상, 학교급, 연구 주제)을 확인하였고, 핵심 주제어를 분석하여 주제에 따른 연구 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 중도·중복장애학생의 통합교육 관련 연구는 최근 10년 사이에 급격히 증가하였다. 둘째, 절반에 가까운 연구에서 질적연구 방법이 적용되었다. 셋째, 대부분의 연구는 학생, 교사를 대상으로 한 연구였으며, 학부모, 관리자를 대상으로 한 연구는 적었다. 넷째, 주로 초등학교와 중학교를 대상으로 연구가 이루어졌으며, 고등학교를 대상으로 한 연구는 적었다. 다섯째, 주제 분석 결과, 5개 대주제, 21개 세부 주제, 45개 하위 내용이 도출되었으며, 통합교육에 대한 인식을 주제로 한 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 주요 연구 결과를 바탕으로 중도·중복장애학생을 위한 통합교육의 방향성과 시사점을 논의하고 후속 연구를 위해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The current study aimed to examine the research trends related to inclusive education for students with severe and multiple disabilities in Korea. Research Methods: A total of 34 studies were analyzed to identify the overall trends by publication year, method, subject, school level, and research topic. Then, research topics were further analyzed using the key themes identified. Research Results: As a result, first, the number of studies related to students with severe and multiple disabilities in inclusive settings has dramatically increased in the last 10 years. Second, almost half of the studies were qualitative research. Third, most studies included students and teachers as subjects, while fewer studies included parents and administrators. Fourth, the studies were mainly conducted at elementary and middle school levels. Finally, five major topics, 21 sub-topics, and 45 keywords were examined, and the most common research topic was the perception of inclusive education. Conclusion: Based on these findings, directions and recommendations for future research were discussed.
