Author Yang Eui-sig's voice is soft but firm.
Every year, the best models from 27 Asian countries gather in Korea. Thanks to this amazing platform, related industries such as fashion, beauty, and culture come together to exchange and communicate through a platform.
The time and effort to build “Asia Model Festival” had a clear motive and direction. This was possible because of my love for the modeling profession, and because of my long-term concerns and struggles to grow.
It was Yang Eui-sig who wanted to present Asia and the wider world as a stage to models who had to walk inside buildings, on runways, and wearing clothes prepared by designers.

Elements of culture are not exclusive to one region or country. This is because flourishing cultures exist throughout history. The culture that flourished in this way grew together by exchanging beauty across borders.

Like the formula of a successful person, Chairman Yang Eui-sik's steps are connected only with one heart. It is explained as the result of love and consistent effort for the field in which one stands. Everyone who has worked with him at least once says that. A patient person. A person who can do something. Someone who will eventually do it. A person who never goes alone. A person who looks strong but is savory.

He is unstoppable in his challenges and achievements toward a better future, but he still has affection for those who walk with him. Although he spared no effort and dedication for the modeling world and related industries for a long time, he had a heart that warmly embraced his model colleagues and the country as a profession rather than himself. Although we are building an amazing platform that can connect 27 Asian countries through the Asian Model Festival, we still prioritize “respect,” “empathy,” and “harmony and balance,” and think about the further future we must travel together.

Starting with modeling activities as a young person, through the establishment of the Korea Model Association and the Korea Federation of Popular Culture and Arts Industries, the establishment of an academic system on modeling, and the organization and development of the Asia Model Festival.
In a life of positive consciousness, there is a humble principle of success that must go hand in hand.

These days, the world's economic flow is focused on Asia, and Asia is truly growing and dynamic like a 20-year-old youth.

Yang Eui Sig
Since his debut in 1984 through the Dotoorak Ice Cream CF, he has worked as an exclusive model for Chosun Beer, Crown Beer, and Biltmore, appearing in more than 150 TV commercials and shooting more than 400 fashion catalogs, making her a top model. He was active as a he received a master's degree in advertising from Hanyang University's Graduate School of Media and Information and a doctorate in business administration from Hoseo University's Venture Graduate School, majoring in cultural industry management. He has written papers on fashion models and books on models, including 〈Model.COM〉, 〈Model Strategy〉, and 〈MODEL CREBIZ〉. Since 2004, he opened the Model Department at Daeduk University and the Model Acting Major at Seokyeong University in 2005, striving to prepare an academic system to train future generations. He served as president of the Korea Model Association for 13 years from 2005, and for 3 years from 2014. He served as president of the Korea Federation of Popular Culture and Arts Industries. He is currently active as the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Asia Model Festival and a visiting professor at Seokyeong University Graduate School.
